The Tranquility Eye Pillow can be used for Room Temperature, Cold, or Hot Therapy. Use this soothing, relaxing Eye Pillow to help with meditation, alleviate migraines, anxiety, stress, mild depression, and insomnia. Simply place over closed eyes, feel the gentle pressure, relax and soothe tension.

For Hot Therapy: Mist with water, microwave on high for 30 seconds. Heat will last approximately 10 minutes. *Do not overheat.

For Cold Therapy: Place in plastic bag in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
